By accessing or using the Resly restaurant system (the "System"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the System.

2. Description of Service

The System is a software platform that facilitates ordering and table management for restaurants. It allows waiters to manage orders and tables efficiently and enables customers to place orders using QR codes. The System is currently in beta testing, which means it is under development and may contain bugs or errors.
 

3. User Accounts

• Eligibility: Waiters must be authorized by the restaurant to use the System. Customers do not need to create accounts to place orders via QR codes or other methods offered by the system.

• Account Responsibility: Waiters are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account.

4. Ordering

• Menu Information: Menus displayed through the System are subject to change. Restaurants are responsible for ensuring menu accuracy and availability.

• Order Placement: Customers place orders by scanning QR codes and submitting their selections through the System's interface.

• Order Accuracy: Both customers and waiters are responsible for reviewing order details for accuracy before submission.

• Order Fulfillment: Order fulfillment is the responsibility of the restaurant.

• Order Modifications and Cancellations: Policies regarding order modifications and cancellations are determined by the individual restaurant.

5. Payment

• Payment Processing: The System may integrate with third-party payment processors. Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of those processors.

• Payment Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all charges incurred through their use of the System.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Use the System for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Interfere with or disrupt the System or servers or networks connected to the System.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the System or other user accounts.

Use the System to transmit any viruses or malicious code.

Use the System to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information of other users.

7. Disclaimer

• Beta Status: The System is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

• No Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the System, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• Data Collection: We collect data necessary for the System's operation, including order details, table information, and potentially customer contact information for communication purposes.

• Data Use: We may use collected data to improve the System, provide customer support, and communicate with users.
